The importance of reorganization of oil companies deemed towards performance adaptation and execution   Case study analysis serves as the core method of research catering to BP Tanzania Oil Company, studying reorganization on performance level of oil companies operating in Tanzania by means of case survey technique the process by which research subjects caters to the reliability and validity of the study, this will be in form of survey statements that have ideas, concepts on reorganization and performance of oil company operating in Tanzania, particularly BP oil company.
