Two major political parties exercise the brutal politics of confrontation causing a huge loss of lives and assets.Here politics means power mongering , democracy means casting vot.people are almost illiterate and political parties do not practice democracy among themselves. thats why it is a crying need to reform the voting system. it pr comes to effect duopoly in Bangladesh politics will be broken and stability will be ascertained which is essential for sustainable development. the country has a fragile parliamientary democracy with 300 seats in the parliament who are elected through pluarility voting system. it has 64 districts. every district is divided into several constituencies such as chittagong is district has 14 constituencies. pr will reduce power mongering creating a coalition government.
