Pharmacogenetic Testing Prevents Adverse Drug Reactions and Saves Lives Research Proposal

Search more Proposals here : Sample Research Proposal Instructions I would like to see presented the principles of Pharmacogenetics and how they apply to Patient Safety regarding drug treatments using microarray analysis of DNA and how the further application of available and proven Cytochrome P-450 liver metabolizm testing of idiosyncratic genetics is now used to determine scientifically which drugs and combinations of drugs should not be used on certain classes of polymorphic patients because if the patient's particular metabolizm profile reveals they cannot metabolize a drug or combination of drugs the person will go above therapy into toxicity, suffer Adverse Drug Reactions and suffer delirium complications that might result in violence and suicide, in accordance with the laws of nature. I want to see accented Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Ion-Channel Transport Systems and explication of just how antipsychotics and antidepressants and other prescription drugs damage that process so the human being is depleted at the molecular biological level and feels depressed as a result of the exogenous drug induced toxicity and how this powerful biotechnology has a potential for abuse targeting specifically chosen genome populations Outline: Idiosyncratic Drug Toxicities Idiosyncratic drug toxicities can now be precisely recognized using Cytochrome P-450 testing in advance and before any psychiatric drug treatment is in any way commenced and a P-450 Test is applied before prescribing, or before any psychiatrists' trialing of any psychiatric drugs, as is the current ill-informed outdated approach by psychiatrists and some equally ill-informed General Practitioners. Different psychotropic psychiatric drugs such as Zyprexa, Luvox and other 2D6 drugs and some street drugs such as methamphetamine should never be co-administered and this underscores the crucial importance of the Cytochrome P-450 lever metabolizm test which is now scientifically proven to be able to prevent unnecessary and debilitating Adverse Drug Reactions, such Adverse Drug Reactions currently commonly irresponsibly misinterpreted by psychiatrists as some sort of psychiatric disease they have selected from the psychiatry checklist, the DSM IV, but which rather than any disease, are in reality symptoms of serious Adverse Drug Reactions, but which because of the current psychiatric practice of prescribing upon the basis of their out-of-date subjective ill-informed medical opinion and neglecting proven scientific Cytochrome P-450 testing, this neglect, and not keeping up to date in their field and drugging anyway, is definitively the common cause of drug-induced violence and suicide in those whose liver cannot metabolize all or any of these drugs given, or worse still, forced to have injected under Community Treatment Order having been needlessly escalated to psychosis and criminalized because they have been made worse by drugs given by psychiatrists but which they cannot and never have been able to metabolize. This is a matter concerning a paradigm shift in medical practice specifically here, a paradigm shift away from psychiatric ignorance and toward Public Safety taking rightful precedence over the indemnified ignorance of the slowly diminishing majority of those within current psychiatric practice, encouraged toward the psychiatric drug abuse and the induced akathisia of their patients to suit them, placing themselves and their ignorance before the safety of their patient, tailoring the treatment with their drugs creating the symptoms specifically to match the disease they have chosen from their DSM IV. The courts love it because it is punishment from a distance, albeit a chemical punishment, more convenient cheaper, viewed by some a more efficient judicial option but causing debilitation to compliance, not rehabilitation and sometimes irreversible tardive dyskinesia, but for some confused by the drugs, those who cannot metabolize the drugs, it is a lethal forced and excessively toxic drug treatment directly causing akathisic death. I want this investigated at the highest level so others are not chemically abused to toxicity, to the point of jumping off a cliff to escape the psychiatrists' drug treatments authorized by courts. Sample Research Proposal on The Influence and Impact of Advertising to Consumer Purchase Motive

Introduction   Today's market is characterised by highly competitive organisations which are all vying for consumer's loyalty. Firms are faced with the challenge to maintain their own competitive edge to be able to survive and be successful. Strategies are carefully planned and executed to gain the ultimate goal of all: company growth. However, external factors are not the only elements which influence growth. There are also internal factors, components working within the organisation which shape the direction of the company. Along with the changing business world, customers change as well, becoming more demanding and knowledgeable than before. In turn, company management had shifted their focus on their clients or customers so as to stay successfully in business. This transition meant that organisations have to completely reformulate their conventional business aims and purposes from being process-focused to customer-centred. Hence, in order to bring out exceptional custome

The analysis on the external and internal environment of Primark retailing industry

Introduction The omnipresence of global trends and innovations debunk the idea of business monopoly and empire states. Today, the trends are set to maximize the potential of human powers by trivializing simple phenomena in order to fashion complex and subtle effects. In the minds of prominent sociologists and philosophers these trivialization of occurrences brought about by man's deepest desire of uncovering the truth and meaning of life. However, our correspondence and connection with the truth is indirect and diluted which can only be accessible via representations and constructs. Hence, the necessity, though, not necessarily is, of excavating the truth embedded on phenomena became an ordinary human laborious pursuit. Moreover, due to rapid changes on various aspects of human life our reactions vary depending on the way we perceive it, while forming effective and efficient mechanisms become a mechanical elocutionary act. This fact is paralleled with the nature and condition of b

Health Impacts of Air Pollution from Motor Vehicles: An Empirical Study of Sydney Research Proposal

1.0   Background of the Study An average person inhales about 20, 000 liters of air everyday, exposing to risk of dangerous chemicals in air each time human breathe. Air pollution contains contaminants in the atmosphere and these dangerous substances could be either in the form of gases or particles. Air pollution has diverse and numerous effects. It can have serious consequences for the health as well as severely affect the natural ecosystems. Today, some areas suffer more than others from air pollution. Two of the main reasons are the large numbers of automobiles and/or the utilisation of coal in great quantities (Think Quest).Seemingly, motor vehicle-related air pollution is an inescapable reality for urban settlers. In Sydney, for instance, motor vehicles is one of major source of toxic and carcinogenic air pollutants as motor vehicles contribute approximately 80% of nitrogen oxide to the atmosphere. Further, the two prime pollution problems in Sydney are photochemical smo
