Search more Proposals here : Sample Research Proposal Instructions Hi, My thesis is a research: "The nursing positive work environment and his effects in quality of nursing care in Intensive Care Units" . "Positive work environment" synonym: "healthy work environment", "profesional work environment". I want to measure the nursing positive work environment with the tool "Nursing Work Index - Revised", version of Aiken (Linda H. Aiken 2000). The best solution for my country (Greece) is the 57 original-item of NWI-R. (Linda H. Aiken 2000) The NWI-R is a 4-point Likert scale with choice options ranging from 1 (strongly agree) to 4 (strongly disagree). The quality of nursing care in intensive care units will be mesured with a global question: "How would you describe the current quality of nursing care delivered to patients in your hospital or in your setting". This question is a 4-point Likert scale with choice options ranging from poor to excellent (poor, moderate, good excellent). Population: All nurses in Intensive Care Units in Greece (About 1500) Sample: I have a capability of 200-300 cases (nurses) sampling.
