The business proved to be worth even less than $300,000. Paula now wishes to know what her contractual rights are. Required Advise Paula on what her contractual rights are under Australian common law (ignore any statutory law) and the possible remedies available to her in the following situations: (a) If she wants to keep the business, and (b) if she wants to have the contract set aside.
