Hi,

I am a medical doctor in Kuala Lumpur and recently have applied for PhD programe in "Human Genetics".

For this reason, I should submit an Initial proposal to be able to register. This is urgent for me and will be continued by the main research of my PhD.

It would be highly appreciated if I could have this proposal within 3 days for my time limitations.
