Sample Research Proposal Instructions

My Applied Research Project is on Gestational Diabetes Mellitus in African American Women after diagnosis of gestational diabetes. I am looking to interview about 5-10 African American women in Gainesville Florida, Univer of Florida, Women's Clinic to aks these women what was their attitude and beliefs toward their diagnosis of gestational diabetes. Did they adhere to dietary, and insulin medication for their diabetes, how did they feel about their diagnois before and after their pregnancies. I need a good research topic and research questions, with significance, background and rationale behind my research study. I am doing a qualitative study, more of a phenomenology study. I need a free thseis statement . Thank you.
